What easy and quick Chocolate cake ideas will win over the sweet tooth

Are you looking for a quick cake without an oven that no one can resist? This recipe will conquer you!

We prepared one of the easiest and most irresistible Chocolate cakes that we have been able to try. In less than 30 minutes, we have it ready to enjoy with one of the combinations of cake with chocolate that never fails.

Our trick? We have the base of our cake ready to assemble layer after layer and achieve this spectacular result. Its tender and spongy texture are perfect for making this type of dessert.

We combine the biscuits with several layers of chocolate cream with hazelnuts to finish by adding a cover of this same melted cream. This is how we managed to give it that unbeatable aspect in which the chocolate falls irresistibly on the sides, being the best temptation for those with a sweet tooth.

We encourage you to decorate it completely to your liking using the cream we teach you to assemble and your favourite red fruits. We use raspberries, and a few mint leaves to give it a touch of colour that stands out with the chocolate.

Ingredients

18 Dulcesol Snacks biscuits

Four hundred grams of chocolate cream and hazelnuts.

To whip the cream:

150 millilitres of whipping cream

50 grams of sugar

For the syrup:

125 milliliters of water

50 grams of icing sugar

To decorate:

raspberries

Mint leaf

Elaboration
To make the syrup:

Heat the water in a saucepan and add the icing sugar, stir with the rods to dissolve it completely, remove from heat and reserve.

To whip the cream:

Add the cream to a bowl and beat with the whisk. Add the sugar very little by little, by tablespoons, without stopping beating, until the cream thickens and you get a soft and fluffy texture. If you want a thicker texture, add a little more sugar.

To prepare the tart:

Place a base with around 6 Bocaditos Dulcesol biscuits. Spread them with a layer of Top Cao Dulcesol chocolate cream with hazelnuts. Moisten the base of another six biscuits with the syrup and place them on the cocoa cream. Also, spread them with a new layer of cocoa, moisten the base of another six biscuits and place this last layer on top of the cream.

To make the cover:

Melt part of the chocolate hazelnut cream in a bain-marie. Once it is sufficiently liquid, remove it from the heat and bathe the cake. Add it on top without intentionally covering the edges, and let it drip, and the result will be spectacular!

Let it cool for a few minutes, and decorate the cake with whipped cream, raspberries, and a few mints leaves to give it colour. You can use the fruits you like the most and give free rein to your imagination to create original decorations.

Ideas to decorate the chocolate cake!

The best thing about this type of cake, beyond its simplicity and the little time we need to prepare it, is that we can decorate it in infinite ways.

The upper part is a blank canvas to give free rein to our imagination. Ready? Here are a few ideas to decorate your cake!

Red fruits with cream

One of the simplest and most effective decorations is the classic combination of red berries with cream.

Whether they are raspberries, as we have used, or other types of fruits, such as strawberries and currants, they go great with the flavour of chocolate. We also add a green touch with fresh mint to give it more colour.

You can also use other fruits, such as bananas or oranges; the combinations are many, and the result is always delicious!

Frostings of all colours!

This option is perfect for children.

You can very easily prepare a homemade glaze with sugar and egg white. As it is white, it is very easy to decorate with food colouring to create original designs full of colour!

Children will surely have a great time drawing pictures of chocolate. It is also perfect for writing a message on the cake to congratulate a birthday or any special occasion.

Grated, flake, or shavings chocolate

Grate the chocolate or make small slices with the help of a knife to decorate the cake. If you want something simpler, you can also buy classic pastry shavings.

You can make different designs by spreading them in lines, around the edges or however you like. If you combine chocolates of different colours, they will surely look great.

Chocolate for desserts

In this case, we encourage you to melt white or other types of chocolate until it is very liquid and add it to the cake, making fine lines.

Once you let it cool, the dessert chocolate will harden again and look spectacular in combination with the smooth chocolate and hazelnut cream that covers the cake.

Of course, we do not recommend that you use the chocolate for desserts to cover the entire cake since it would be too solid, spoiling the final result of it.

Finely chopped dry fruits

Hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, and pistachios. Any of these nuts are perfect for adding to this cake on top!

Nuts are a delight in combination with chocolate. You can choose the dried fruit according to your taste for the colour. For example, it can add to the cake, like pistachios, or even opt for a sweet crocanti that gives an irresistible crunchy touch to the cake. You choose!

Chocolate creams of different colours

Dulcitol has a whole range of cocoa creams. With milk and hazelnuts, white, dark or mixed, you can take advantage of them to enjoy this cake with a different touch each time.

If you want to achieve a spectacular design with the chocolate in a coloured spiral, we recommend that you melt the darker and white chocolate in separate containers and then combine them in the same bowl or jar.

Without stirring so as not to mix the colours too much, add them to the cake and enjoy a fun, delicious, unique design. Haven’t you tried it yet?
