Unpopular Opinion: Inflatable Hot Tubs Are Better Than Fixed Hot Tubs

Although there has been an increase in the popularity of inflatable hot tubs in recent years, they are still regarded as an inferior product by the majority of consumers. People who buy them claim that they did so for the lower price, but I’m here to argue that they are the better option when compared to fixed hot tubs. This may be an unpopular opinion, but you might be convinced by the end of this article.

Advantages Of An Inflatable Hot Tub

These are only a few of the numerous reasons you should consider getting yourself the best inflatable hot tub that you can afford:

  • Convenience: there is no doubt that setting up a blow up spa is inherently convenient. Anyone above the age of 13 can probably handle the task on their own, because all it involves is using a pump to blow up the tub and then filling it with water (of course also adding appropriate sanitization and pH stabilizing chemicals).
  • Shaped for comfort: the open seating plan of an inflatable hot tub means you can sit however you like and don’t need to be confined to the contours of the tub. This makes it much more comfortable and relaxing.
  • Save energy by stowing it away: if you aren’t using the spa for an entire season, you can easily deflate the entire unit and store it in a dry place. This saves you the cost of running it when not in use, and the hassle of maintaining a hot tub you’re not using.

Disadvantages Of Fixed Hot Tubs

You may be thinking that the aforementioned advantages are great, but they fade in comparison to those of fixed hot tubs. Here are a few reasons that I think fixed hot tubs are a bad option:

  • Weeks of construction: installing a fixed hot tub requires a lot of work by professional construction workers. Not factoring in the expense of hiring an entire crew, the hassle of dealing with turning your home into a construction site for weeks is enough to put anyone off installing a fixed hot tub of any type.
  • Durability does mean they are indestructible: proper care of a fixed hot tub plays a crucial role in its durability. While they are made of high quality durable materials, the average homeowner usually doesn’t know the best way to care for their hot tub and ends up hiring a service to keep everything in order.
  • Jets are often misaligned: unlike the full-body massage you get from inflatable hot tubs, the jets in fixed tubs must be directed to specific muscle groups for the best results. For people who are either taller or shorter than the contours of the hot tub, the jets are directed improperly because of the difference in dimensions.Check out cvs covid testing for authentic covid-19 test.

Summary

While fixed hot tubs have been a staple luxurious addition to many homes in the past, it’s time for the average homeowner to opt for the more affordable, convenient, and easy-to-use option. Inflatable hot tubs are a much better choice.
